Mining dimension automated quarry issues

Ive somehow made my way to the mining dimension and set up a solid fuel quarry, BUT for some reason I cant pull resources besides the fuel out of the quarry. Ive tried pipes, tesseracts, and both storage network things. My suggestion is either 1 get a better more direct way to transfer for the pack or 2 get a better way to quarry.
