this goes for the official servers for this and previous modpacks.

make the server restart messages colored and bold so players can actually see them, please. they blend too much with regular chat activities and players who don't care to chat don't see them.
also, maybe when there's one minute left, put it in the center of the screen using that scoreboard/announcement/whatever thing to put it in big letters where players can see it.
finally, please make it play some kind of sound globally every time it gets announced to make it grab players attention.
