ATM7 Update On Slow Player Function Glitch

A few weeks ago I posted about the issue of player functions running about 30% slower across the board, and was asked to provide an update after playing newer versions. So here it is:
The issue is still ongoing on all newer versions of ATM7 I've tried. However, a PC restart has - so far - fixed the problem every time it's come up, but not a world reload or curseforge reboot. Additionally, the glitch only seems to appear after two or three separate launches of the game without any PC restart in between launches. It's quite strange. Perhaps this is an issue specific to my PC build and how it interfaces with java and the curseforge launcher upon closing of the modpack? Something in how the game saves files as it shuts down? I'm honestly not sure, and I haven't had the time - nor do I really have the skill set - to try and diagnose this further on my own. I hope this gives a fairly complete picture on what I've been experiencing thus far. If there are any questions about my build, java version, ATM7 version, details on the glitch, etc, please feel free to ask. I'll provide as much information as possible in the most timely manner I can.
