As stated the Move Files has moved, and is currently overlaps the top left panel of the crafting grid, making it unclickable if there is an item in that slot of the recipe.

This is an issue with the newest beta release of JEI

Version - 1.18.1
JEI - 1.18.1-5.8.0 beta11
Forge - 39.0.63 and 39.0.75

If you have this version of JEI then the issue will be present
Happens to be the version .39 updated too
