After updating to the last version (0.2.40b) the refined storage does not craft the requested recipe from the JEI, and I mean if you press for ex to craft a chest it does not bring the wood planks on the 3x3 grid to be crafted, but if you place the planks by your self it crafts the chest. I used the chest as an example but it does not craft anything requested!!

I can also confirm this on v0.2.40b

Confirmed for me also in 0.2.40b, any 'crafting grid' related UI in Refined Storage does not work if you try to transfer the recipe from JEI to the crafting grid. Manually inputting the recipe works, but integration with JEI is broken.

A temporary fix is to copy over the old versions of JEI and JEED from a working instance. I have it working with the following versions:
JEI 9.2.3.85
JEED 1.18-1.6

seems to be fixed if you update JEI https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/jei/files/3645318 ill add that to the next update tomorrow.
