Single Player world. Also tried opening to LAN but no change.

There is a Desert Temple not far from spawn. Getting into it and mining the blocks to get to the chests lags the game out and crashed to desktop. There is a village not far from that, that functions just fine. Turning off the structure gen seems to fix the issue so I have no idea what mod is causing the problem.

I have the same issue, some kind of structure is crashing the server, everything but you freezes on singleplayer.
But turning generate structure off fixes the problem.
