I was just in the end, minding my own business, found a city with a ship docked near it, found my elytra (nice), explored some more, and BAM random crash to desktop while flying away on my jetpack. The typical crash handling didn't trigger. So this report is from the Minecraft client or even Java rather than forge (I assume). And it persists in the end no matter where I go next. I had to teleport back to a Waystone to stop crashing, and I can't go back there to explore for Unobtanium without another crash.

This is related to a known bug in the mod Flywheel that is probably caused when trying to render a Shulker Box.

As Flywheel is a hard requirement for Create, there is no solution. The end cannot be explored until this fixed.
