I opened a bug report about this on Tombstone's repository, but I was able to get 64 Vibranium Hoes by using a cheap early-game Copper Mattock to create Farmland via Mystical Agriculture's recipe, and then I un-crafted that stack of farmland with a Book of Recycling - which gives 64 random hoes. Sometimes you lose the roll (twice I've gotten Example Mattocks from Silent's, which are as far as I can tell useless) but I've gotten Allthemodium and Vibranium hoes from this exploit.

While Corail works on actually resolving the issue (being able to recycle upgraded farmland is still a good idea, if it didn't create random free hoes including Supremium and ATMium ones), the recipes involving farmland (and possibly anything else that involves tools in crafting menus - like Ore Hammer recipes, although none of those are anywhere near as valuable as ATMium hoes) should be blocked from use with Recycling.
