I can not install and run a server I get this error

Error: Could not find or load main class @libraries.net.minecraftforge.forge.1.18.1-39.0.75.win_args.txt

I am using the default server installer v2.41

Installing java 32 bit fixed it for me.

that's a horrible advice, you just need java 17 64bit

I am receiving the same error, using the same installer. It halts the install process and cannot continue.

You need to run with Java 17. Currently you are using a prior version, likely 8.

The @file syntax is Java argument redirection, added with the module system in Java 9.
