As a work-a-round you can turn of generate structure, I know it's not ideal but it'a the only thing that works for now, unsless someone know which mod it is that causes the issue, this is the only "solution"

These look like leftover structures from Mana and Artifice which were removed from the modpack a while back. I haven't noticed any performance issues from them myself, but I have wondered if there was a way to remove them so the server would stop getting spammed up with these messages.
