In JEI when you click bee to see how to breed it, it does not show you the correct recipe. It only shows the varying flowers you can use and does not show the bees. Same with bee genetics and all the stuff.

This has been an issue with JEI so the possible work arounds are either reverting to an older version of JEI and JEED, or updating to the newest version of JEI (which at the time of writing this is having issues with moving items to the crafting grid)

updating productive bees will also fix the issue
