After going through Server setup and world preperation me and 2 Buddies (both in the netherlands) get on different PCs to join the server, but we get told that we can't connect to server "Failed to connect to the server Connection timed out: no further information" even though I am putting the direct IP of the Server computer in while they are putting the public IP in with 100% certainty that Port forwarding is set up correctly. The server doesn't even see that we are trying to join while all previous modpacks worked flawlessly. Any help would be appreciated.

If the server is on a windows pc, make sure that windows firewall is nit blocking it.

That's the one thing I did not check during my troubleshooting, The new Java processes were being blocked. Thank you for you're help.
