Sections of chunks not loading showing empty space on mini map. When I walk in to them player shakes and doesn't move. 18.2 3.0
This happened in 18.1 2.45 had to delete the "Adaptive Performance" mods

Same issue here, latest version 1.18.2.

EDIT: I disabled mod dynview (rename .jar extension to .disabled) in server mods folder and now everything works.

OK So I added this mod and everything now loads for me

UPDATE seems to help a little...still getting chunk loading problems now on 3.1
