server download (in canada)

a simple litte issue im in canada and when i go to double click on startserver i get this error

i got this fixed by using a vpn and connecting to usa (found that because i was using a ¨is it down detector¨ on http://example.com and it said it is up here from our usa server) hope it helps the team!!!
