SERVER ONLY
Blue Skies mod makes the following dimensions unavailable
after first world generation on ver. 0.3.6 or first server restart
after upgrade to 0.3.6:

• reality marble
• mining
• the other
• alfheim
• growtown

Single player seems ok

This is a weird issue where you need to restart the server after first load for them to work. I will keep this open till resolved.

i also have the same issue even after restart i cant use the teleport pad

well, every worldsave event, blueskies mod generates this console error:

also, if you update your world from 0.3.4 or 0.3.5 ver, it changes
level.dat file and dimensions stop working after the first server restart

if you remove blueskies, everything is fine

it seems to affect servers, not single player

Im also Having this issue after going from 0.3.6 to 0.3.7 ive restarted the server several times to no avail

I have restarted the server a few times but still nothing on the teleport pad still not working. Any other suggestions?

same here updating from 0.3.6 to 0.3.7 on a server, not event /home is working for those dimensions

Had to fully restore level.dat from before updating to 0.3.7 to fix the chunk issues caused by blueskies but stuff seems to be okay after doing that.

New update should finally resolve this mess. Update from whatever version you have. Once it loads, restart and you should be finally fixed.

This ended up being a forge bug all along... Its been a pain but 0.3.12 has the new forge and it works great. We will be adding back blue skies in a future update once they verify that works for them too.
