Server crash on start due to missing mod dependencies (see crash log).

During setup (tested on a clean install as well a updating an existing server), the script fails to get the necessary urls from curse for several mods (might be something wrong on their end, I don't know if there is a log for the install script), resulting in missing mods.

Uploading the missing mods manually seems to fixes it (minus client-only mods who create more crash if uploaded).

I am having same problem however server allows me to join on startup then after a little while it shuts down and restarts.

update to 0.3.12 and make a new issue if you are having issues thanks
