When using these mods on there own there is no problem, but when you attach a external storage to the draw controller from Functional Storage I was not able to take anything out of my refined storage system until I removed one of the cables connecting it. All my items are visible but that's it.

For me it works normally.

Had this same issue. Seems to be related to if you have a block linked to the Drawer Controller that is NOT a Drawer. If you don't have a rectangle don't use multiple as it will select all blocks, not just drawers. You can just remove the linked blocks that aren't drawers and it should function as normal.
