I'm not able to find any fluorite ore and when I check in JEI it doesn't show where it generates so unless I'm missing something it's not world generating properly.

I find fluorite in large quantities at ATM Mining Dimension. I currently have over 130K in stock.

Use a teleport pad, shift+right click on it with empty hands.

you may be looking in chunks generated before adding Mekanism. I verified they spawn just fine, thanks.

Thanks Alucard1313. I tried new chunks in the overworld and no luck, but your ATM mining dimension worked great!
