Just a heads up since I added minecolonies in ATM7 before it was official I found these 2 conflicts:

Multi-beds gives banners a nbt tag, builders won't accept these.
Elementalcraft will cause a crash when you try to give a minimum stock to the Restaurant/Warehouse.
