Silent Gear Stats Missing on Most Ingots

Not sure if oversight or just not gotten to yet, but the ingots under alltheores and allthemodium are missing silent gear material traits.

we will be adding endgame items for allthemodium soon. Right now its just the ATO stuff that should work thanks!
