Splitting Enchantment does not work

The splitting enchantment from Apotheosis does not work on the 0.20 update. Once the enchanted anvil is placed to fall over an enchanted book it loses all enchantments and does nothing
Yeah, the mod author for apotheosis is aware as per their issue 557
