We are hosting a server with Pebblehost with the following specs:
10GB Ram
Intel i9-9900K / Xeon E-2236 @ 4.8Ghz
DDR4 2666MHz Memory

However, we cannot run the mod create because of lagg and when we just play we have setbacks every now and then.
We let Spark run in our server and these were the result;

We asked the server hosts as to what we should do and they refered us to the mod makers, so here we are.
They asked us how this could be so high; net.minecraft.world.level.Level.guardEntityTick()44.97%
