even after chunk loading them with FTB and More minecarts chunk loader my cloches don't seem to want to work when I leave the compact machine.

I have an inferium farm on a compact machine, and the chunk remains loaded when exiting it, or exiting the world and reentering. I use a chunk loader barge of Little Logistics.

I'll give the Barge chunkloader a try, I'll keep this updated

mine works if you are using the quantum entanloporter you have to use chunk loader upgrade
