the copper bars from additional bars do not have an in game crafting recipe making them unobtainable without creative/cheats.

I've Tested on pack V0.4.4, and in a fresh install with just additional bars and jei, issue is directly related to the mod, not the pack itself. reported to the mod issue page now.

Okay, according to the mod dev, copper bars are incomplete and have been disabled, and many features for them are waiting on a forge update to be approved.
So closing as it's currently intended behavior by the modder.
