No matter what I do, no current shears in the game is allowing the builder to build. I've tried rehiring and hiring, reloading, restarting, disbanding the town basically everything.

Starting to wonder if it has something to do with Vanilla Shears not being available and its essentially halting any progress I can do. Is anyone else having this issue?
