Using ATM 7 0.4.0 (with Oh The Biomes You'll Go disabled which shouldn't affect this, I'd think?), when trying to compress cobbled deepslate in an AE2 crafting terminal (both regular and wireless) it becomes cobblestone block 1x, which then decompresses back out into regular cobblestone. It works as expected on a crafting table, and compressing 1x and higher does work corectly in AE2.

With a bit of further testing in a new creative world, it does work in the crafting terminal at first, but then changes after having used it to compress actual cobblestone.
