[0.4.2] No Extra MA Seeds Are Dropping

I planted netherite seed in Supremium Farmland and didn't get a single extra seed from it.
Seems like this is as planned.
Extra seed drops are disabled in the config.

Interesting. Did they intentionally turn it off? Because I remember playing on 0.3.22(One update before 0.4.0) and MA seeds were dropping.
