Modpack version 0.4.2 through curseforge.
I made my first eternal stella to place on an "All The Ores" Iron Ore hammer, to make it indestructible so i could get some basic ore duplication going before dipping my toes into mekanism.
made my Eternal iron ore Hammer and started crushing iron ore clumps to turn into iron ore dust in the 2x2 built in crafting table.
after about 3 stacks it broke.

Expected results: indestructible hammer able to withstand breaking unlimited stacks of ore clumps into dust.
How to replicate issue: use Curse Forge modpack version 0.4.2, add eternal stella onto a "all the ores" Iron Ore Hammer and crush iron ore clumps.

The only real 'bug' is that F&A hides the durability when an item has Eternal on it.
The way Eternal Stella works is it repairs one damage every tick the item is in your inventory. This is why auto crafting does not work with things with Eternal on it. Nor shift-crafting to do a stack at a time, the item needs time to repair itself
