Damaged tools in the hotbar will swap with tools automaticaly with tools of the same type in the inventory, making it impossable to use all of the durability of a stone pickaxe while keeping a iron pickaxe in reserve.

I think it comes from Inventory Profiles Next.

is there any way to disable the auto refill? cuz it got me banned by hypixel in sky block for 30 days

I'm using TrashSlot (which is also in ATM7 pack) to delete those near broken tools.

Yeah it's meant to save you from losing enchantments if you accidentally vein mine. If you use them again they should break just fine. Once you move onto tinkers or silent gear those can break and be repaired.
