How can I fix that my fps on ATM 8 drops from 250 to 60 when I open inventory. On 144hz monitor that look very bad.

That is a known issue. Its related to the enchanted looking items in JEI and Inventory, but mainly JEI. I couldn't figure out why it always happens. Exclusive to ATM8.
