[SUGGESTION] Deduplication and integration of ChemLib/Alchemistry

There are numerous chemical materials that exist in both Mekanism and ChemLib, but they rarely if ever are used interchangably. This can be confusing and counter-intuitive. I suggest deduplication of these materials, and putting all their recipes together. I have numerous examples of things that could be changed.
Previous suggestions I've made will be combined with this, and any future ideas along this line will be added to this to reduce the amount I'm spamming the issue box.
- Mekanism Liquid Sodium can be converted into ChemLib Sodium Dust via Chemical Crystallizer, and back into Liquid Sodium via Alchemistry's Liquifier.
- Sulphuric Acid deduplication
- Thermal's Sulphur or Sulphur Dust in Alchemistry's Dissolver having 100% chance of 16 Sulphur Vial yield instead of 50% chance of 1 Sulphur Vial; Alchemistry's Compactor converts 16 Sulphur Vials back into 1 Sulphur Dust
- Mekanism's Oxygen and Liquid Oxygen should be able to be Atomized into 16 Oxygen Vials, which get combined back into Mek's Oxygen gas. Also deduplicate Ad Astra's Oxygen gas.
- Mekanism's Hydrogen and Liquid Hydrogen should be able to be Atomized into 16 Hydrogen Vials, which get combined back into Mek's Hydrogen gas.
- AE2 Silicon produced from and dissolved into 16 Silicon Vials
Not possible, as mekanism separates between liquids and gases with different registries.
