There seams to be an issue with my graphics where it will pulse/strobe on my screen. Like the blocks and black backdrop of the inventory, but not flashing with white, it is like everything is disappearing for a millisecond and reappearing. I used to mess with my fps limiter to fix this, setting it to different levels above 60. Though everything that I did to once resolve it seems to stop working overtime. It all stops if I play it in windowed and not fullscreen, but that isn't very enjoyable since I don't know how to set it to be borderless. It seems to be more so of an issue in darker colors and lights. How can I try fixing this?
 I have, updated my graphics card, messed with resolutions, messed with monitor refresh rate, deleted and reinstalled it, and also tried it on a newer version of the modpack.
