What happened?

whenever I attempt to start my server, it almost instantly comes upon an error, and starts endlessly trying to restart, I'm running a fresh install of JDK 17, and of 1.1.0, this could be a forge issue however, since it seems as though it's breaking due to forge failing to access authserver.mojang.com, and I don't even get a startup log, just a forge install log, again, I don't know if I should be reporting this to you or not.
