[0.2.34]Issue with Chunk Disappearance and Null Pointer Exception during Teleportation in Minecraft

Hello fellow Minecraft players,
I've been encountering a peculiar issue while teleporting in the game, whether it's through normal Nether portals or using commands like "/back," "/home," or "/spawn." The problem manifests as several chunks appearing to be missing, although the blocks are still there and I can walk on them as usual. Upon checking the server logs, I consistently find the following error message when the issue occurs:
[Server thread/ERROR]: A BlockEntity type wayoftime.bloodmagic.common.tile.TileSpectral has thrown an exception trying to write state. It will not persist. Report this to the mod author. java.lang.NullPointerException: null

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or have insights into what might be causing this issue? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you!
