In the Advanced mekanism quest line, in Advanced Power Storage, it says you can feed brine into another Thermal Evap Plant to get liquid lithium then put it through a Chemical Crystallizer to get Lithium Dust, You must run the Liquid Lithium through a Rotary Condenser first then through a Chemical Crystalizer.
