Some time after entering the world, the screen freezes and the game shuts down, and I get this

After looking at your crash log via using mclo.gs to find a solution for you, it looks like you have a bee that is causing a ticking entity error.

If possible, I would try to kill the bee. A method to do this would be going down a version of the modpack, killing said bee in the listed cords, and then trying to update again to see if that issue persists.

Hope this helps at least for a temp solution for you!

Firstly, of course! It's the least I can do for ya. While I'm no expert at these things, I've run into enough issues to understand your frustrations too.

Secondly, to address the second matter of course: Sometimes, yes. Minecraft itself gets funky with certain things. In my case, when a player goes to the other dimension, my server will get upset and crash because of a wither skeleton spawning in. However, it was because of it spawning in with different modded items. The issue wasn't resolved but, we found a work around. On top of it, I had the issue with an RFTools builder for no given reason. After a quick server restart, it acted normal and the issue never reappeared. In your case, I do think your world may be getting overloaded with too many entities in a confined space. Therefore when the world goes to load that chunk, the bees all exist prior to your client finishing rendering you in and simply crashes.

However, this is an educated guess as it could really be anything concerning that one specific bee. It seems to only be one, not multiple. It never did clarify if it was a vanilla bee or if it was a productive bee.

Thanks for the help, I'll get back to you if it works, and I'll get back to you if it doesn't work :D

Also, there are 10 bees in a 3x3x3 area, and there are 10 of these areas. Would having too many bees in this 3x3x3 area cause a problem?

I'm just asking out of curiosity, if I'm not mistaken, there is no "not enough crashes" mod in the modpack. This mod can be added and it would be better for both players. Just a suggestion, you can ignore it

Btw problem solved I kill all bees

Glad to honestly hear the problem was resolved. I definitely will look into the "not enough crashes" mod as well for my own personal benefit. Thanks for that! :D
