[0.2.36] Local hosting causing wifi bandwidth issues on local host

Hey yall, got a bit of a weird one. Recently when hosting a server for all of my friends (12GB to the server, 5900X in my system) I've noticed that I've been having wifi issues, and of course when I have wifi issues, everyone else does. I thought it was just because the server had been running for awhile, so I close it entirely (ctrl+c) and restart my PC. Problem solved! At least at first... then the issues started up again, a restart fixes it for a minute and then it's back. It's becoming more frequent, and unfortunately is almost at the point a restart does nothing. Now the thing is, it's only when the server is running. I tried it for several hours with the server running, and not running, and the issues only started popping up when the server was running. Is this a common occurrence for anyone else?
Like I said, my system has a 5900X, it also has 32GB of total system memory, so I feel like the CPU isn't running against a brick wall trying to handle the wifi card.
Just in case, I also have a Gigabyte GTX 1080 (I built my PC during COVID and just haven't been able to afford a graphics card since please don't shoot me) my MOBO is an X570 MSI Gaming Edge Wifi, I have a Gigabyte 850W 80+ Gold modular PSU and the RAM is 32GB(4x8GB) of CL16 3600Mhz Crucial Ballistix.
