Problem
When using a Thermal Series hive hopper to extract honey and honeycombs from Productive Bees, normal honeycombs are "created" instead. No productive bees honeycombs are extracted.

Expected behavior
Thermal Series Hive hopper extracts honey as fluid (btw all honeys are somewhat incompatible with each other, might be possible to unify that somehow?) and the productive bee honeycombs

Setup
Productive bees advanced beehive with expansion box ontop of hive hopper (see screenshots)

If I take them out nothing happens.

This maybe seems like a similar issue as described here AllTheMods/ATM-6#548
