[0.2.41 0.2.42] Several Assembly Line's recipes are broken

Since the update to 0.2.41, several recipes in the assembly line are broken.
Advanced Large Chemical Reactor
Micro Universe Drill Ship
Star Forge
Micro Universe Orb
Mega Fusion Reactor
All of the recipes have "Empty Tag: forge:circuits/uhv(or iv)" for the circuits.
I have tried to create an ALCR, but cannot even get it to work.
