When crafting items in both the 2x2 and 3x3 crafting menus, and using shift + left click to craft, the amount of items returned isn't what's to be expected, and the output box will still display the item even after crafting.

It seems to vary depending on how many items you craft. If you craft around 5 items it will duplicate the output significantly. If you craft 64 items you'll end up with significantly less than a stack. When I crafted 2 items my game froze.

This was not a problem prior to be upgrading from 0.2.43 to 0.2.45.

For example, in the following instance you'd expect 16 quartz to be returned:

Upon shift clicking the quartz output, I am given 100 quartz:

Inversely, you'd expect a stack of 64 wood logs to give you 256 planks:

Instead it gives you 104 planks:
