I can't craft Arcane Ashes in the Blood Magic alchemy table when playing on a server.
After some testing, I found out that they can still be crafted in single player mode.

The server is a fresh install with no configuration changes and no new mods.

Nevermind I am stupid. I put stone dust instead of gun powder in it...
