Currently, the Creative Energy Cell from AE2 costs Dense Energy Cells, when there are Superdense Energy Cells added by MEGA Cells.

To preserve the behavior of the creative item costing the highest non-creative item tier, the Creative Energy Cell should be changed to cost Superdense Energy Cells.
