Disabling "Expanded Item Interactions" specifically "Enable Armor Interaction" doesn't fully disable those features but instead causes a dupe exploit that if you right click on an item in your inventory or chest etc, It puts it onto you and doesn't remove it from the inventory. Now this item is a ghost item but you can make it permanent by just exchaning it for a different one.
