Proposal

A few versions ago, this commit introduced the Universal Press for AE2 which allows printing all 4 circuits from the base AE2 mod with the same press and that was amazing. However, the MEGA Cells addon introduces a new Accumulation Press. I propose we add a MEGA Universal Press which also functions as an Accumulation Press.
