[Bug]: Modular Router doesnt work

What happened?
Hello, I wanted to water my Farmland with the Modular Routing Block but it's totally not working with any Social I've found.
I've already tried:
- Enable "Allow all fake Players"
- Enabled Fake Player Watering in the Config
- Changed the Module Settings
- Changed the Router Settings
- Added Security Module
nothing of them worked

The ability to even turn on watering cans was broken for quite a number of versions. What pack version are you on? Could you update if you aren't on the latest version?

Here. And I currently use the latest All the Mods 9 Modpack Version. 0.1.9
Is it working in the most recent release?
I'll have to test it at home. I haven't played in the last few months.
