What happened?

hello, i'm on the atm9 official server

with observable profiling, you can see that the chunk of users who are not connected is causing quite a high delay.
(if possible, i will upload the profile when there is no one else on the server except me)

i think this is not very good for users who are coming in later, or who are just about to start playing.

perhaps the chunkload of offline users is not intended by the pack dev

hope the chunkload method disabled except ftb chunk
