What happened?

I am running top of the line specs for gaming and have no issues running any game at 4k Ultra settings (7800X3D / Dual Tower Cooler / 7900XTX) But for some reason my fps drop from 1k+ to 60-70~ when roaming in the forest portion of "The Other" dimension. The underground cave area in the same biome has my fps running like usual but when I surface in the forest portion is when it goes haywire. I can only assume it is a coding error or mishap of some sort causing such a monstrous fps tank. My ram is being utilized as normal and same with my gpu which is the odd part. Hoping this gets fixed!

Also forgot to add that my cpu will jump to 80C which isn't scary by any means given this line of CPUs but compared to playing MW3,CS2,Cyberpunk all topping out at 72-74C max. It is a bit concerning on the mod's end of things.
