What happened?

Automatically compressing certus quartz into blocks makes it into the GregTech version by default, with no matching method to convert/polymorph from GT to AE2 (The other way around works easily though). This normally would not be as much a problem, until one notices that the GT certus quartz is only used for crafting and to make dust. It cannot be charged to create a charged certus quartz crystal, nor used in the inscriber other than for dust. This effectively makes GT certus quartz useless for processors and making charged quartz, while forcing the only conversion method to be making the GT quartz into dust and dropping it in water with charged certus quartz.

I have found only 2 other instances of this issue (#903 & #266), but neither actually solve the problem, instead merely encourage the method of dropping charged quartz and dust in water to convert back to AE2 crystals. It makes no sense to have the same conversion and polymorph methods not go both ways.
