What happened?

When searching for some mod guidebooks in JEI (either via name or @mod), they do not show up.
You can still find them by following usages and recipes ("U" and "R" keys by default) with crafting ingredients or a copy of the item.
You can still favourite them and they will show up in the bookmark's bar of JEI ("A" key by default).

The missing items I have found so far are;

• allthemodium_book (Allthemodium)
• Thermalpedia (Thermal Series)
• Little Logistics Guide (Little Logistics)
• Iron's Guidebook (Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks)
• Advanced Peripherals (Advanced Peripherals)

I've only noticed guidebooks but other items may be affected too.

I assume they have been removed by a performance mod or something that removes duplicate recipes, and these mods are using something like patchouli. That or they are found under a different item / mod name.

same here, spending all night trying to fix the "Iron's Guidebook" but still can't. It's really helpful for people who never play this mod before.
