[Bug]: Hostile Neural Network quests for predictions auto complete despite having never done them

What happened?

When I checked off the quest "Welcome to hostile neural networks" I got credit for the existing items I've done (Yay!), but I also got a bunch of different predictions unlocked. In the screenshot I should only have the dragon and mimic predictions unlocked

My friend on my server only started doing HNN on 0.2.58 and had the same thing happen when he got his first prediction (creeper).

In the quests that are faulty, "Match NBT" is set to Default instead of true

Enderman works correctly
